Updates have been made to the instructions on Other situations to improve clarity and ensure alignment with program requirements. The existing content has been refined to support consistent assessment and provide clearer operational direction.
New guidance has been added to address:
- Changes in employment, including modifications to job duties, position or TEER code with the same employer.
- Changes in employer ownership, outlining documentation requirements when a designated employer undergoes a change in business ownership.
