These operational instructions include processing instructions related to temporary special measures for Canadian citizens, permanent residents and temporary residents of Canada directly affected by the 2025 wildfire season in Canada.
The measures related to temporary residents of Canada are in effect from July 2, 2025, while the measures for Canadian citizens and permanent residents are retroactive to April 1, 2025. These measures remain in place until November 30, 2025.
