These instructions are provided with the intention to establish a more consistent approach when processing work permits under the Recognized Employer Pilot.
The Recognized Employer Pilot simplifies the hiring process for repeat employers under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program who demonstrate a history of complying with program requirements.
