The instructions on Specific Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) holders currently in Quebec have been updated.
The following changes have been made:
- Under “Eligibility” first bullet: clarified that CSQ holders who have applied for permanent residence are not required to provide proof of the letter of acceptance from Quebec
- Added instructions under a new subheading entitled “Application assessment” and new instructions under “Final decision”
