Program delivery update: Restructured instructions for pre-removal risk assessment and section A115 cases – non-refoulement assessments

All the instructions under the pre-removal risk assessment (PRRA) section have been updated following a thorough departmental review, including alignment with recent litigation trends and jurisprudence. The instructions have also been restructured for improved clarity and navigation. For ease of reference, these instructions now have a table of contents.
Instructions for section A115 cases – non-refoulement assessments have been extracted from the previous PRRA instructions, their content updated and moved under the main refugee protection section.
