Program delivery update: New implied consent for pre-removal risk assessment (PRRA) remote virtual hearings

- Consent to participate in a PRRA remote virtual hearing will now be implied and information on risks related to remote participation provided in the notification of hearing
- The signed consent and waiver of liability form will no longer be required
- Should the applicant not wish to consent, they can submit a request for an on-site virtual hearing or an accommodation request for an in-person hearing
- To mitigate the risks related to consent, requests for an on-site virtual hearing will no longer be considered an accommodation and will be facilitated when requested
