Extensive updates to the Significant benefit – Intra-company transferees instructions, under paragraph 205(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, were released on October 1, 2024.
Following those changes, this additional update includes the deletion of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program: Canadian interests – Significant benefit – Intra-company transferees – International agreements [R205(a)] (exemption code C12) instructions.
