The Francophone Minority Communities Student Pilot (FMCSP) is a temporary-residence-to-permanent-residence pathway for certain French-speaking international students who are seeking to study in French at post-secondary designated learning institutions (DLIs) located outside Quebec.
Instructions have been provided for study permit applications under this new pilot and the FMCSP section was added to the temporary residents – students page.
Also, the COVID-19 special measures and entry/exit information were removed from the temporary residents – students page as they are no longer in effect.
