Program delivery update: Open work permits for H-1B visa holders and their family members

A correction has been made to the expiry date in the program delivery instructions for the temporary public policy to allow family members of applicants seeking open work permits for H-1B visa holders to apply for open work permits. The corrected eligibility dates of the public policy are from July 16, 2023, to September 26, 2024 (inclusive); not September 27, 2024, as previously indicated.
