These operational instructions include processing instructions related to temporary special measures for Canadian citizens, permanent residents and temporary residents of Canada directly affected by the 2024 wildfire season in Canada.

The measures related to temporary residents of Canada are effective July 19, 2024, while the measures for Canadian citizens and permanent residents are retroactive to the first reported sightings of fires in each affected area. These measures remain in place until November 30, 2024.
