In these instructions, “civilians” has been replaced by “designated civilians” to describe personnel of the designated states who are not members of that nation’s military, but are travelling under the Visiting Forces Act and have been designated as a civilian component of a visiting force.
Additionally, the contact information for approval to work requests has been updated.
