The instructions on the International Experience Canada (IEC) bilateral agreements and arrangements have been updated to include the new bilateral agreement Canada has signed with Finland which will come into effect on March 1, 2024.
The update is summarized as follows:
- Finland: Applicants are allowed 3 participations of 12 months under the bilateral agreement. A repeat category is not permitted.
