The instructions for officers processing foreign physicians coming to work in underserved regions in Quebec have been updated to
- specify that foreign physicians with a regular permit to practise in Quebec who are not eligible to apply for the C10 International Mobility Program exemption because they are not obligated to work in an underserved region must apply online
- change the title of the instructions to better reflect the topic
