The Entry/Exit (E/E) instructions have been updated to reflect the most recent Entry/Exit (E/E) program and policy changes and to provide a broader range of information and guidance on the E/E program.

An updated step-by-step user guide titled “IRCC Entry-Exit – GCMS Query Instructions” has been published. The user guide provides detailed instructions on how to perform an E/E query in GCMS. The IRCC Entry-Exit — GCMS Query Instructions now include a “Troubleshooting” section on how to manually correct a pop up message error that prevents the user from granting an application.
