Program delivery update: Deletion of COVID-19 instructions

Following the Government of Canada announcement regarding the removal of all COVID-19 entry restrictions, as well as testing, quarantine and isolation requirements for anyone entering Canada, effective October 1, 2022, the following instructions have been deleted.
Deleted instructions
- Permanent residence: COVID-19 program delivery
- General processing measures: COVID-19 program delivery
- Travel restriction measures: COVID-19 program delivery
- Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19): Program delivery instructions
