The following changes were made to the instructions on Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) holders currently outside Quebec.
- The instructions have been updated to clarify that 7,350 work permit applications are to be accepted for intake each year beginning in 2023 (calendar year).
- In-Canada applicants who can use the paper option must write on the envelope “International Mobility Program Plus – A76 cap” instead of “International Mobility Program Plus – A76 cap 2022”
- The instructions related to the “refusal” have been updated to provide guidance on how officers must clearly document their reasons in the refusal note.
- A new section titled “Open work permits for family members” has been added.
