The instructions have been updated to clarify that in-Canada refugee claimants must apply for a study permit online separately, and they can no longer apply for a study permit by using the form entitled Schedule 12 – Additional Information – Refugee Claimants Inside Canada (IMM 0008) or when submitting a claim through the Canadian Refugee Protection Portal (CRPP).
