The title of the existing PDI page on Connexion is updated to reflect the correct term in full.
The content of the topic of permanent resident (PR) card and PR status has been reorganized with distinct topic headlines to improve the search function for officers seeking functional guidance. Minor updates have also been added.
The processing of complex PR card applications has been updated to reflect legal considerations.
ENF 27 has been deleted and OB 491 – Mailing Permanent Resident Cards to Representatives has expired. New letter templates have been added for issuing notices to clients to pick up their PR card at a local office.
