These operational instructions include instructions for officers processing applications from clients directly affected by Hurricane Fiona in Canada. These special measures apply retroactively to September 24, 2022, and until March 24, 2023. Special measures include priority processing and fee waivers under the permanent residence and citizenship lines of business.
