Program delivery update: Decommissioning of the Canadian Refugee Protection Portal (CRPP)

On September 18, 2023, the Canadian Refugee Protection Portal(CRPP) was fully decommissioned. This includes the client-facing portal and back office. No communication with the client via the CRPP will be possible going forward.
Individuals who started a claim in the CRPP on or before March 10, 2023, had until June 24, 2023, to submit their claim.
Updates to the program delivery instructions have been made to account for the decommissioning and for updates and improvements to the IRCC functionality.
