The naming instructions have been updated to advise that if clients have an uncommon name field in the visual inspection zone (VIZ) of their travel document that they would like to have reflected on their primary name record in the Global Case Management System (GCMS), they must provide supporting documentation to show that the uncommon name is part of their legal name.
