Program delivery update: Protected persons’ applications for permanent residence – digital intake and MIFI updates

The following forms have gone digital for protected persons' applications for permanent residence submitted online via the Permanent Residence Portal:
- IMM 5669 - Schedule A – Background / Declaration form
- IMM 5406 - Additional Family Information form
Updates have been made to the procedure for notifying the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration du Québec (MIFI) that IRCC received a protected person’s application for permanent residence and a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) is required.
