The instructions have been updated to remove reference to the incorrect LMIA exemption code as the correct code, R01, is now available in the Employer Portal.
Links to the Canadian Heritage page on tax credits and the Telefilm Canada page on funding were added to assist officers in assessing attestation letters from the productions.
