The instructions have been updated to include
- information on concurrent processing where the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or Quebec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) (if applicable) is missing, including
- information on the refusal to process LMIAs for applicants destined to Alberta
- clarification that the 90-day allowance does not apply to LMIA-exempt work permits missing the offer of employment number
- under the group exemption under subparagraph 3(1)(j)(ii) of the Order on Prohibition of Entry into Canada from any Country other than the United States, the addition by the Chief Public Health Officer of installation for technicians or specialists coming to support critical infrastructure
Information on accompanying family members has been removed.
