Program delivery update: Updated visitor pages to change “implied status” to “maintained status”

The term “implied status” has been updated to the correct term “maintained status”. In addition, the instructions clarify that it is temporary resident status that is restored. Authorization to study or work can only be restored if it was held at the time of loss of status.
