The intake page for the pre-removal risk assessment (PRRA) instructions has been updated to include information on the new PRRA bar exemption for Belarus.
- Nationals of Belarus are exempt from the 12-month bar if their Immigration and Refugee Board or previous PRRA decision was made between February 20, 2020, and February 19, 2021, inclusive.
- Nationals of Belarus with a decision made after February 19, 2021, are subject to the 12-month bar.
