Updates have been made to the COVID-19 travel restrictions and non-optional and non-discretionary travel pages to align with the amended Orders in Council that came into force on November 1, 2020. The amendments to the Orders in Council include adding “person registered as an Indian under the Indian Act” to the immediate and extended family member provisions previously in place for Canadian citizens and Canadian permanent residents only.
