The Minister has extended the Ministerial Instructions (MIs) for temporary residence applications until January 31, 2021. The date listed in the instructions has been updated accordingly. Further, there are new cohorts that are exempt from the requirement to submit a temporary residence application using electronic means, which have been outlined in the instructions.
