Specific employer compliance instructions for inspections related to COVID-19 have been developed. They are to be consulted when employer compliance inspections are assessed against conditions in section 209.2 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations as they relate to the Quarantine Act, the Emergency Act and provincial laws that govern public health in response to COVID-19.
