The instructions for foreign workers nominated by a province or territory under Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) exemption code T13 have been revised to clarify the instructions pertaining to spouses. The principal applicant must hold an exemption code T13, employer-specific work permit for a spouse to benefit from an exemption code T13 open work permit.
