Program delivery update: Caregiver forms correction

The Interim Pathway for Caregivers completeness check instructions have been updated. Clients must submit a completed IMM 0008 – Schedule 18. They cannot submit Schedule 15.
Also, IMM 5620 is no longer available and has been removed from the “Interim Pathway for Caregivers” and “Caring for children and caring for people with high medical needs classes” pages. As such, clients must pay their fees online.
