Program delivery update: Atlantic Immigration Pilot (AIP)

The instructions related to the AIP have been updated to clarify intake procedures and eligibility criteria (education and settlement funds).
- If applicants are refused, they may re-apply under 1 of the 3 programs as long as their initial endorsement is still valid, or they have obtained a new, valid endorsement.
- The education requirements under the Atlantic International Graduate Program have been clarified, and instructions on settlement funds that are required in the case of an applicant who is not already working in Canada have been provided.
