These instructions on the International Mobility Program: Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP) (work permit stream – exemption code C18) have been updated to clarify that open work permits for spouses and common-law partners of AIPP participants should be issued pursuant to exemption code C41 (spouses or common-law partners of skilled workers), should eligibility requirements be met.
