Program delivery update: Volunteer Presiding Official information

The volunteer presiding official list has been revised to reflect the current eminent Canadian categories, which includes the addition of:
- the Order of Merit of the Police Forces
- Polar Medal
- Sovereign’s Medal for Volunteers
Additional changes were also made in the Order of Military Merit category. More information was added to explain how individuals become volunteer presiding officials and how local office staff should work with volunteer presiding officials. Information about travel guidelines and bilingualism was added to the orientation section for volunteer presiding officials.
