Program delivery update: Self-employed farmer program applications temporarily suspended – March 12, 2018

As of March 10, 2018, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada will no longer be accepting new applications under the farm management stream of the self-employed persons program. Applications received before March 10, 2018, will continue to be processed and a decision rendered.
The temporary suspension is introduced in Ministerial Instructions (MI-26) on new applications under the self-employed farmers program.
