The section on forms of payment in the program delivery instructions on fees and cost recovery policies has been updated with a new email address through which users can contact the International Network (IN) for overseas payments. Officers should now contact the IN via Mission Support at IRCC.INCRO-ARCRI.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.
