Wording under the subheading “Procedures for requesting dispensation” has been altered to prevent confusion in instructions to clients. The breakdown had previously stated instructions for 2 subgroups: Applicants in Canada and Applicants in Canada and outside Canada (including the USA). The second subgroup has been changed to read “Applicants outside Canada (including the United States)”.
