Due to the volume of applications, the Immigration and Refugee Board is reopening an Ottawa office for refugee hearings. The new office address is

344 Slater Street
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0K1
Officers must manually add this address to the Confirmation of Referral document, until Global Case Management System Release 18, in October 2018.
