Removal of interim measure for designated learning institutions in Quebec
Program delivery instructions have been revised to remove the interim measure for some applications with a valid Quebec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ). In light of Quebec’s introduction of new provincial regulatory changes to the CAQ program on June 30, 2017, the interim measure for some Quebec institutions that do not have a designated learning institution (DLI) number no longer applies. Officer can no longer use the specially assigned DLI number O19495718351 for Quebec institutions that do not have a DLI number. The institutions must have their own individually assigned DLI numbers.
