Clarification to the French instructions on processing applications for permanent residence from protected persons
Summary
The French version of the program delivery instructions on processing applications for permanent residence from protected persons has been updated. It was clarified to explain that a Convention refugee does not require a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) to be granted permanent residence in Quebec, while other protected persons residing in Quebec do require a CSQ. This modification applies only to the French version.
