Update to the instructions on exemptions to the 12- or 36-month pre-removal risk assessment bar

Nationals of Yemen are exempt from the 12-month bar if their Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) or previous pre-removal risk assessment (PRRA) decision was made between June 18, 2014, and June 17, 2015. Nationals of Yemen with a decision made after June 17, 2015, are subject to the 12-month bar.

Nationals of Burundi are exempt from the 12-month bar if their IRB or previous PRRA decision was made between August 13, 2014, and August 12, 2015. Nationals of Burundi with a decision made after August 12, 2015, are subject to the 12-month bar.
