Update to the instructions on pre-removal risk assessments
Summary
The program delivery instructions have been updated with clarifications to procedures following a senior immigration officer’s opinion that a pre-removal risk assessment applicant under subsection 112(3) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act would be at risk.
