New summary for instructions on how to process applications from interns
Summary
A summary of program delivery instructions that may apply when officers assess applications from foreign nationals who wish to work as interns in Canada has been created. Officers now have access to a list of the most common scenarios under which a foreign national could be considered for a Labour Market Impact Assessment exemption for temporary internship in Canada.
