Update to lock-in date for age of dependent children of provincial nominees

Summary

An error has been corrected to change the place of receipt for provincial nominee class applications from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to the province or territory, which affects how the lock-in date for the age of the applicant’s dependent children is determined. This change aligns with the regulatory amendment that came into force on August 1, 2014, which is explained in OB 588, Change in the definition of a dependent child.
