New instructions regarding the Immigrant Investor Venture Capital class
Summary
A new permanent resident class was launched through Ministerial Instructions published in the Canada Gazette on January 24, 2015, for high net worth immigrant investors who are able to make an at-risk investment of Can$2 million and who meet minimum education and language proficiency requirements.
