Limited validity period for Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs)
Summary
The program delivery instructions with regards to the limited validity period for LMIAs have been changed to correctly reflect the most recent guidance that was in section 6 of the FW 1 manual chapter just prior to the transition to the new format.
