New Form — Checklist – Documents provided to refugee claimant(s) [IMM 5780]
Summary
A new checklist [IMM 5780] of documents provided to refugee claimants is now available on Connexion. The IMM 5780 is identical to the form used by the Canada Border Services Agency officers processing refugee claims at the Ports of Entry.
Once completed, submit the IMM 5780 to the Refugee Protection Division along with the claimant’s documents. For further information, refer to Procedures at inland offices regarding in-Canada claims for refugee protection.
