Summary
Instructions have been added to the program delivery instructions related to Canada-provincial or territorial agreements [R204(c)] (Labour Market Impact Assessment exemption code T13) in regard to assessing work permit applications for foreign nationals offered training positions at the new Microsoft Centre of Excellence in Vancouver, British Columbia. These applications must be supported by a letter from the province of British Columbia.
