Amendments to the instructions for issuing work permits to provincial nominees and to the instructions on bridging open work permits issued to certain federal economic class applicants

Summary

Amendments have been made to the instructions for issuing work permits to provincial nominees. The instructions on bridging open work permits issued to certain federal economic class applicants (former Operational Bulletin 485–A) have also been amended to state that nominees with employment restrictions imposed as conditions of the nomination by the province or territory are not eligible to obtain a bridging open work permit.
