Updates to Refugee protection guidance - Pre-removal risk assessment

Summary of update: PRRA instructions regarding applicant restrictions on access to protection have been modified to further update the PRRA pages in light of the changes that occurred as a result of Refugee Reform. In addition, there are three tables concerning the consideration of PRRA applications from persons inadmissible for serious criminality (former versus current legislation) has been relocated within three pages. (Please consult the three tables included).
